Can you upgrade Cathay Pacific flight with Qantas points?

If a company books and pays for V class economy flights on Cathay Pacific for me is it possible to use my own Qantas points to upgrade to business? I understand that you are not able to upgrade from V to business but is it possible at all given the code share between Qantas and Cathay?

As far as I understand, you are only able to upgrade flights marketed and operated by Qantas with Qantas points. So no, you can only upgrade QF metal.
