Can you include Airlink in a OneWorld Classic Rewards itinerary?

Would booking a flight from Capetown to Melbourne which would include Airlink still qualify for a oneworld classic award flight? Im trying to book Business class 35000 miles max.

As far as I know, Airlink is neither a Qantas partner nor a OneWorld member. You need all OneWorld partners on the itinerary for the OneWorld Classic Rewards redemption.

Airlink is not a OneWorld member … but it is now a Qantas partner.

But unless the Classic Rewards flight on Airlink has a QF flight number, it won’t count as a Oneworld redemption.
