We are flying business class, Manchester UK - Sydney with Emirates, EK22. We purchased the tickets using Qantas points. Can we access the Emirates Lounge at Manchester Airport?

Yes, if you booked a business class classic flight reward on an Emirates flight using Qantas points, you will be able to access the Emirates Lounge in Manchester, as well as the Emirates Business Lounges in Dubai.

You absolutely can enjoy the benefits of the lounges as @sixtyeight says. For me, lounge access is all part of the whole travel experience when flying business or first class. It’s why we hack those points… so you can have a premium experience both in the air and on the ground. In my opinion there is no better place to enjoy the Emirates lounges than Dubai - their home hub.
