Can you access Qatar lounge as a Virgin Velocity Gold member?

Hi there,

In order to utilise my Virgin velocity gold to gain access to Qatar lounges, do I need to book VA codeshare flights?… or will a QR flight number suffice?

I’m flying to Marrakech and notice that there is no VA codeshare flight number.

They only stipulate Qatar OPERATED flights, so either QR coded or VA coded flights are fine! In fact you will still be able to earn status credits and points even on a non code share flight!
