Can my adult children transfer their SQ miles to me?

I recently took my wife and our 3 adult kids to Europe return business class with SQ. It’s unlikely that our kids will use the Kris Flyer miles they accrued and I would like to have them transferred to me. Is that possible? How do they do it? (It seems that young kids can transfer but not adult “kids”).

Good till your kids turn 16.

After that, if the KF miles are going to be orphaned anyway, you might be able to salvage some minimal points by transferring to Velocity then family transfer across.
