Can anyone help me on the process and fees involve to cancel/transfer Avianca Lifemiles bookings?

Back in September 2015 I booked a Sydney to Singapore Cruise for 23rd January 2017 and was looking for a straight forward award booking Singapore to Brisbane after a few days in Singapore.

Found and booked business class award availability on Singapore through Avianca Lifemiles.

This cruise has now been deferred to 20th February 2017 (to be confirmed) and of course there are now no business class award bookings available Singapore to Brisbane at this later date

Can anyone offer me any help on what to do and what fees are involved to cancel/transfer bookings?

OK, I asked around a few people who are into Lifemiles more deeply than I am. Their take is that you need to call them and hope you get someone competent, who can speak English, and who can walk you through it. Expect to pay US $50 to cancel or US $150 to change (apparently).
