Business class from Sydney to Bangkok - would you choose Thai Airways or Emirates?

Dear all Pointhackers

We are couples planning to travel from Sydney to Bangkok.

We are selecting between Thai and Emirates airways.

Thai is taking 747 and Emirates is A380

Pros on Thai:
The two seats next to the window does not have privacy dividers.

Cons on Thai:
Seats and planes look older than Emirates’

Pros on Emirates:
Seats and planes look good and have wifi

Cons on Emirates:
The seats next to each other and with no privacy dividers only locate in the middle instead of next to Windows

What’s your experience on these two airlines? For example regarding to food, lounge.

Which one would you prefer?

If it’s a 777 on Emirates, I’d take Thai every time.
