Best ways to redeem Velocity points for multi-city part business class redemption to the UK/US?

So have about 250,000 velocity points. I want to goto uk for my brothers wedding on 21 may and would like to be there a few days before.

I understand flying out of singapore or bali is cheaper so happy to consider paying perth to bali or sing separately.

I am unsure whether flying direct to the UK is the best option as the holiday itself needs to include:

Los Angeles (LA) 8 days including drive from San Francisco(SF) to Los Angeles
New York 3 days
NIAGARA FALLS 3 Days ideally fly into buffalo international

So assuming this ideally

Bali or Singapore if cheaper but if not then

Perth to UK 15 may ish
UK To New York (NY) 23 may
New York to Buffalo international 27 May
Buffalo to San Francisco (SF) 1Jun
San Francisco 3 days
Drive to LA
LA to Singapore/bali BUSINESS CLASS

I am happy to buy more points and guess if i could do all that using points plus paying like 2000 that would be awesome.

If you can scrape together 267k Velocity points, transfer them to KF, then you could fly PER>SIN>FRA stopover (stopover costs US$100) FRA>JFK, then SFO>SIN>PER all in J. Then you’d just pay for revenue fares internal to USA. If you go LAX>SIN>PER you have to transit in NRT or ICN unfortunately.

 

Alternatively, look into KF *A RTW points redemption​s.

if you meant May 2017, you may have cut it very fine. if it is 2018, you may be in with a chance. Do RTW if you can, since you are visiting a few places. G’luck.
