I am planning on buying an iPhone 7 outright and thought I could earn 2 points per dollar spent by shopping at the Apple website via the Qantas Mall. However the terms at the bottom say points are not offered on new product lines like the iPhone 7 
I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to earn bonus points by buying an iPhone 7. To me this is a really big purchase and it would be nice to try and earn extra points from it.
One way I thought of, which is probably frowned upon, is to buy 4 or 5 x $250 WISH Gift Cards from the Qantas site (which earns 2 points per dollar spent) and then purchasing the phone from the Big W website. I’ve had a quick read through the terms and conditions and can’t find anything saying I can’t do this as such…but I’ve never tried to purchase anything from the Big W site and don’t know if I can enter in multiple gift cards.
Any tips, insight or advice would be appreciated
