Are there any suggestions for the quickest and most affordable way to get 180 status credit with Velocity program?

HI Folks,

I have to maintain velocity gold by 21april 2018 & i have still got nearly 180 status credit to reach I recently travelled to NZ just to earn status credit but didn’t get much basially
My flybuys account is also linked to velocity but m not receiving much from fly buys as m single & don’t have family on my programme as they don’t travel a lot
Can some one please help with that it would be nice to keep gold membership

get a return ticket on Singapore airlines to somewhere else in Asia, like Bangkok, Bali etc

Will cost the same as or not much more than a ticket to Singapore and I think that will earn about 90 points each way
