Are there any Australian credit cards similar to the IHG (Chase) cards in the US?

I’m guessing that these cards are USA based and therefore it would be of great difficulty to apply for one from Australia?

Unfortunately, there are a lack of hotel branded credit cards in the Austraalian market. Closest thing is an AMEX card which you can transfer points to Marriott or Hilton
