Are Qatar and Etihad Airways releasing business class reward seats to Europe for Velocity members?

Hi all,
I see that QATAR have joined Virgin FF and it was mentioned that there would be Business Class seats in Rewards section but I have been looking for a return flight from Europe to Australia in August 2023 with either Airlines everyday and there are none. Plenty of Economy seats though. Are they releasing Business Class Seats or not. Does anyone know ?
