Are Delta Airlines and Virgin Australia still airline partners?

Delta ( Skymiles ) used to show velocity awards for a generous period of time.It doesn’t seem to do this anymore. Who offers this now ? Thanks.

Delta is no longer a partner of Virgin Australia. Are you writing from North America? If so, United and Air Canada are both Velocity partners.
