Anyone else having issues receiving Qantas status credits from BP promotion?

Was wondering if anyone else has had issue with not yet receiving their 50 status credits from the BP 5x $50+ fuel deal?
It has been over 8 weeks since I met the 5 times $50. As well as over 8 weeks since the earning period ended. Haven’t received my status credits and haven’t heard anything after attempting to contact them via their website and via email last week.

I received my 50 SCs in mid-October, which was 2 weeks after the promo ended. I did have some communications with BP during the promo period as the BP site did not show all my purchases. They made the comment then that Qantas were responsible for assigning the SCs and to contact Qantas for any issues. So you might be best contacting QFF?
