Anyone else having difficulties with the Qantas 25% off Classic Flight Reward sale?

The website just keeps saying it is experiencing technical difficulties. It also can’t display the points. Any ideas?

UPDATE.

When I posted this, initially just nothing happened when you tried to book.

At least now there is a banner across the top saying “We’re experiencing issues with our Classic Flight Rewards booking engine, to make a booking using Qantas Points, select ‘Use money, points or both’ or try again later.”

SOLVED.

Ignore the instruction in the Qantas email that said to use the “Use Points - Classic Flight Rewards option”.

There is a fault with the Qantas website and it will not deduct the 25% frequent flyer points if you do that.

Instead just use the “Use money, points or both” option and it will deduct the 25% frequent flyer points.
