I’m searching for a Qantas classic flights reward. I can see it on the website calendar on the date I’m after, but it won’t open when I click on it. Why not?

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles. Which search mechanism are you referring to? The one on the regular flight search screen where you can see the reward seat availability like this:
… and then when you click on it, it expands like this?
- It’s possible your web browser may have updates that need to be installed (hard to tell though).
- You could try force reloading the page and see if that helps. Hold the SHIFT key down and click the page reload button on the browser toolbar.
- If you have an adblock installed, try disabling it and reloading the page.
Lastly, if none of those options works, try doing the search in another web browser… Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox… which is not the one you’re currently using. 
If you can provide more info on exactly what you are seeing/doing - maybe some screenshots if possible - that would be helpful.
